Purchase any StampCats product from our shop or any retailer. Every StampCats product whether it's a plastic card, plushies, or passport cover contains an official scannable NFC tag.

You can stamp your passport with an iPhone or an Android phone. The system relies on accurate location data that is highly spoof resistant thanks to Apple's Core Location service on iOS and hardware-backed attestation with Google Play services location on Android. You can also validate the authenticity of any tag without the app by following the NDEF link or using the Tag Validation app by The NFC Mint.

When you visit a country or special place, open the StampCats app and tap your phone to your tag. Make sure Location Services is enabled for the app. If you are in a stampable country or place then it will automatically prompt you to add a stamp. This requires your manual confirmation for privacy reasons.

After you scan your tag you must tap the "View My Passport" button. If you just stamped your passport you will be automatically be taken to the passport page for your tag. You can copy a sharable link that works on any browser by tapping the QR code on the first page of the passport. Swipe or tap back to get to this page.
